Finally, after 12 months of listed building planning issue’s, a £380,000 refurbishment was able to take place at The White Bull in October 2014.

Simon Salt- a former BBC Masterchef, the Professionals quarter finalist- instructed Fiswal Catering to re-design the new kitchen using a combination of existing and new equipment.

Our brief was to create a kitchen environment that would assist Simon and his team deliver his varied menu for the restaurant and functions.

We completed the kitchen early December 2014 ready for the grand re-opening much to Simon’s delight.
